Account Deletion Request
This page explains how to request deletion of your FollowPay account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@followpay.org.
- Use the subject: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address and any details that can help us locate your account (for example: username or user ID if available).

What gets deleted
- Your account profile information associated with FollowPay.
- App-related data linked to your account, where applicable.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained when required by law, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution,
or other legitimate business purposes.
Processing time
We will verify ownership of the account and process your request as soon as possible. We will confirm by email once completed.
